PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 85W-140 gear oils contain a high level of additives and were developed specifically for heavily loaded hypoid axle gears with a large offset, as well as transfer, intermediate and auxiliary transmissions in motor vehicles and working machinery, and non-synchronised manual transmissions.
PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 85W-140 gear oils are particularly recommended for vehicle transmissions exposed to extreme pressures and temperatures, especially hypoid rear axles. Depending on manufacturer requirements, they can also be used in combined transmission/axle units and non-synchronised manual transmissions.
PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 85W-140 gear oils are oxidation-stable and contain especially thermally stable EP additives, enabling reliable control of extreme gear-tooth pressures and trouble-free transmission of high torque. Further properties include:
