PQ ÖL GI-X LOW SAP SAE 5W-40 is a high-performance low-friction engine oil of the new “Low SAP” generation. Developed using synthetic technology, it is intended for passenger-car engines with and without exhaust aftertreatment systems (catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters).
Its advanced design offers an exceptionally broad range of performance:
- Low sulphur, phosphorus and ash contents reduce particulate build-up in the diesel particulate filter (DPF), helping protect the environment through lower pollutant emissions. The positive impact on exhaust emissions particularly concerns CO2.
- The special formulation ensures excellent wear protection and maximum engine cleanliness. It reduces sticking at flaps and valves and supports optimum system operation.
- Excellent low-temperature properties enable trouble-free cold starts and extend engine life through rapid oil circulation.
- The oil is optimally tailored to modern passenger cars and vans with and without extended maintenance intervals and significantly reduces fuel and oil consumption.
Also suitable for diesel engines with unit-injector (PD) systems.
