PQ ÖL EP-Hydraulik BIO GEA 32 hydraulic fluids are manufactured using polyol complex esters and a combination of active ingredients that improves corrosion and wear protection and ageing behaviour. Because of their rapid biodegradability, environmentally compatible use is recommended in machinery, equipment and installations operating in ecologically sensitive areas.
The low pour point and high viscosity index permit use over a wide temperature range as multigrade hydraulic oils. Very good oxidation resistance ensures reliable operation with extendable oil-change intervals. This makes Swd Rheinol Hydralube Bio HEES hydraulic fluids considerably superior to comparable rapeseed-oil-based products.
Application
PQ ÖL EP-Hydraulik BIO GEA 32 hydraulic fluids do not attack commercially available paints. Although they are miscible with mineral oil, mixing should be avoided to preserve biodegradability. Before use in hydraulic units, consider the machinery manufacturer’s recommendations where applicable, or follow the conversion guidelines in VDMA standard sheet 24 569.
