PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 80W-90 gear oils contain a high level of additives and were developed specifically for heavily loaded hypoid axle gears with a large offset, as well as transfer, intermediate and auxiliary transmissions in motor vehicles and working machinery, and non-synchronised manual transmissions.
PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 80W-90 gear oils are particularly recommended for vehicle transmissions exposed to extreme pressures and temperatures, especially hypoid rear axles. Depending on manufacturer requirements, they can also be used in combined transmission/axle units and non-synchronised manual transmissions.
PQ ÖL E-X Achsl 5 80W-90 gear oils are oxidation-stable and contain especially thermally stable EP additives, enabling reliable control of extreme gear-tooth pressures and trouble-free transmission of high torque. Further properties include:
